Positions we have openings for from time to time include:
DESIGNER / SALES / ESTIMATOR / EXPEDITER - This position can be a mix of, or possibly just one or two of the four titles. A thorough knowledge of residential construction is key. Initial client contact and continued interaction with their project until it gets handed off to Production.
PROJECT SUPERVISOR - Coordination of ongoing projects. Making sure the carpenters, subcontractors and materials are all being used in the most efficient way to keep a project on schedule and within budget. Deals with on-site design, structural problems and client issues that may arise.
LEAD CARPENTERS - Typically at least 8 years of high-end residential remodeling experience with a love of communicating and dealing with clients and coordinating all the parts of a construction project.
CARPENTERS - Again, a lot of hands-on experience in remodeling and able to work independently, without constant direction, as part of a construction team.
APPRENTICES - People with the right attitude and desire to become either carpenters or lead carpenters.
BOOKKEEPER - Payroll, Accounts Payable and related work. This is a part-time position.
PROJECT COORDINATOR - Our point person who handles everything in-house concerning upcoming and ongoing projects. A person able to support everyone else.
